說明:119-07是一種黑色,可移印,單組分,高介電強(qiáng)度,環(huán)氧油墨和
涂層。本產(chǎn)品對卡普頓、聚酯薄膜、鋁、fr-4板、玻璃和
其他基材的種類。與傳統(tǒng)的電介質(zhì)材料不同,這種產(chǎn)品對
磨損、劃傷和熱老化。119-07的申請包括但不限于
電氣和電子設(shè)備用絕緣強(qiáng)度涂層。119-07設(shè)計用于在
輪廓曲面。

建議的處理和固化:119-07已準(zhǔn)備好按供應(yīng)使用。在使用之前,一定要
重新掛起填料??赏ㄟ^添加少量CMI稀釋劑113來實現(xiàn)進(jìn)一步稀釋-
39歲。對于大多數(shù)應(yīng)用,在125℃下固化1小時或在150℃下固化30分鐘可獲得性能。
通過在125°C至
185°C。建議終用戶通過實驗確定適合個人的溫度和時間
應(yīng)用。
貯存期:25℃下保存2個月;或-10℃下保存6個月。
安全和操作:在通風(fēng)良好的情況下使用。遠(yuǎn)離火花和明火。
避免長時間接觸皮膚和吸入蒸汽。用肥皂和水清洗皮膚。

PAD-PRINTABLE, HIGH DIELECTRIC STRENGTH, INK / COATING
DESCRIPTION: 119-07 is a black, pad-printable, one component, high dielectric strength, epoxy ink and
coating. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, aluminum, FR-4 boards, glass and a
variety of other substrates. Unlike conventional dielectric materials, this product is very resistant to
abrasion, scratching, and thermal aging. Applications for 119-07 include, but are not limited to, high
dielectric strength coatings for electrical and electronic devices. 119-07 is designed for pad printing onto
contoured surfaces.

SUGGESTED HANDLING AND CURING: 119-07 is ready to use as supplied. Prior to using, be certain to
re-suspend filler. Further thinning may be accomplished by adding small amounts of CMI Thinner # 113-
39. Best properties, for most applications, result when cured for 1 hour at 125°C, or 30 minutes at 150°C.
Good properties are obtained on a variety of substrates by curing at temperatures ranging from 125°C to
185°C. End user is advised to experimentally determine temperature and time best suited for individual
applications.
STORAGE: Shelf life: 2 months at 25°C; or 6 months at -10°C.
SAFETY AND HANDLING: Use with adequate ventilation. Keep away from sparks and open flames.
Avoid prolonged contact with skin and breathing of vapors. Wash with soap and water to remove from skin.
