閱讀：717 發(fā)布時間：2016-8-31Posi-flate流量控制閥又稱400X流量控制閥，是一種采用高精度先導(dǎo)方式控制流量的多功能閥門。適用于配水管需控制流量和壓力的管路中，保持預(yù)定流量不變，將過大流量限制在一個預(yù)定值，并將上游高壓適當(dāng)減低，即使主閥上游的壓力發(fā)生變化，也不會影響主閥下游的流量。其連接方式分為法蘭式與螺紋式；焊接式?？刂普{(diào)節(jié)方式分為自動與手動。

1、一改常規(guī)節(jié)流閥使用孔板或純機(jī)械的減小流域面積的原理，利用相關(guān)導(dǎo)閥，zui大限度地減小能量在節(jié)流過程中的損失
2、控制靈敏度高，安全可靠，調(diào)試簡便，使用壽命長。
流量控制閥可在沒有外接電源的情況下，自動實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的流量平衡。是通過保持孔板（固定孔徑）前后壓差一定而實現(xiàn)流量限定的，因此，也可稱定流量閥。
定流量閥作用對象是流量，能夠鎖定流經(jīng)閥門的水量，而不是針對阻力的平衡。他能夠解決系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)失調(diào)問題：為了保持單臺制冷機(jī)、鍋爐、冷卻塔、換熱器這些設(shè)備的率運行，就需要控制這些設(shè)備流量固定于額定值；從系統(tǒng)末端來看，為了避免動態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)的相互影響，也需要在末端裝置或分支處限制流量。
在設(shè)計中應(yīng)注意的問題，流量控制閥的缺點是在于閥門有zui小工作差的要求，一般產(chǎn)品要求zui小工作壓差20KPa，如果安裝在zui不利回路上，勢必要求循環(huán)水泵多增加2米水柱的工作揚程，所以應(yīng)采取近端安裝，遠(yuǎn)端不安的方法。用戶離熱源距離大于供熱半徑的80%時就不要安裝這種流量控制閥。
