REPOTMSTAT3報告基因是吉滿生物自主研發(fā)的用于檢測STAT3轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。STAT3(signal transducers and activators of transduction-3)報告基因與多種惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移關(guān)系密切。


詳細介紹

 

REPOTMSTAT3報告基因主要用于監(jiān)控細胞內(nèi)的STAT3轉(zhuǎn)錄活性、腫瘤治療藥物的研發(fā)以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMSTAT3-Lu是吉滿生物改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體,在其多克隆位點插入了多個STAT3結(jié)合位點,可以高靈敏度地檢測STAT3的激活水平。同時,對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?,增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小,使得STAT3報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。

使用說明:
pGMSTAT3-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
