儲(chǔ) 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

SMARCD3, is a member of the SMARCD family and contains one SWIB domain. Two isoforms, isoform 1 and isoform 2 exist due to alternative splicing events. Both isoforms are expressed in placenta, salivary gland, kidney, brain, trachea, uterus, prostate, testis, thyroid, spleen and heart, while isoform 1 is also expressed in adipose tissue and skeletal muscle. Localizing to the nucleus, SMARCD3 is a component of the ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complex SNF/SWI and is believed to play a role in nucleosome remodeling. SMARCD3 also plays an important role in the regulation of muscle development. In mice, the silencing of the gene en-coding SMARCD3 leads to defects in heart morphogenesis.
