保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Mammalian Sin 3 (mSin 3) is a protein closely related to the yeast SIN3 repressor protein involved in the transcriptional repression of many genes. There are two mammalian isoforms, mSin 3A and mSin 3B. Containing 4 paired amphipathic helix domains (PAH domains), mSin 3A and mSin 3B have been shown to directly interact with several other transcriptional repressor proteins including HDAC 1, HDAC 2, RbAp 46, the methyl CpG binding protein MeCP 2, the Mad/Max heterodimer, and the corepressors silencing mediator of retinoic acid & thyroid hormone receptor (SMRT) and nuclear receptor corepressor (N-CoR).

Function:
Acts as a transcriptional repressor. Corepressor for REST. Interacts with MXI1 to repress MYC responsive genes and antagonize MYC oncogenic activities. Also interacts with MXD1-MAX heterodimers to repress transcription by tethering SIN3A to DNA.
