1.電感式接近開(kāi)關(guān)
電感式接近開(kāi)關(guān)工作原理
電感式接近開(kāi)關(guān)由三大部分組成:振蕩器、開(kāi)關(guān)電路及放大輸出電路。振蕩器產(chǎn)生一個(gè)交變磁場(chǎng)。當(dāng)金屬目標(biāo)接近這一磁場(chǎng),并達(dá)到感應(yīng)距離時(shí),在金屬目標(biāo)內(nèi)產(chǎn)生渦流,從而導(dǎo)致振蕩衰減,以至停振。振蕩器振蕩及停振的變化被后級(jí)放大電路處理并轉(zhuǎn)換成開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào),觸發(fā)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器件,從而達(dá)到非接觸式之檢測(cè)目的
2.霍爾接近開(kāi)關(guān)工作原理
原理簡(jiǎn)介:
當(dāng)一塊通有電流的金屬或半導(dǎo)體薄片垂直地放在磁場(chǎng)中時(shí),薄片的兩端就會(huì)產(chǎn)生電位差,這種現(xiàn)象就稱(chēng)為霍爾效應(yīng)。兩端具有的電位差值稱(chēng)為霍爾電勢(shì)U,其表達(dá)式為
U=K·I·B/d
其中K為霍爾系數(shù),I為薄片中通過(guò)的電流,B為外加磁場(chǎng)(洛倫慈力Lorrentz)的磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度,d是薄片的厚度。
由此可見(jiàn),霍爾效應(yīng)的靈敏度高低與外加磁場(chǎng)的磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度成正比的關(guān)系。
霍爾開(kāi)關(guān)就屬于這種有源磁電轉(zhuǎn)換器件,它是在霍爾效應(yīng)原理的基礎(chǔ)上,利用集成封裝和組裝工藝制作而成,它可方便的把磁輸入信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的電信號(hào),同時(shí)又具備工業(yè)場(chǎng)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用易操作和可靠性的要求。
霍爾開(kāi)關(guān)的輸入端是以磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度B來(lái)表征的,當(dāng)B值達(dá)到一定的程度(如B1)時(shí),霍爾開(kāi)關(guān)內(nèi)部的觸發(fā)器翻轉(zhuǎn),霍爾開(kāi)關(guān)的輸出電平狀態(tài)也隨之翻轉(zhuǎn)。輸出端一般采用晶體管輸出,和其他傳感器類(lèi)似有NPN、PNP、常開(kāi)型、常閉型、鎖存型(雙極性)、雙信號(hào)輸出之分。
霍爾開(kāi)關(guān)具有無(wú)觸電、低功耗、長(zhǎng)使用壽命、響應(yīng)頻率高等特點(diǎn),內(nèi)部采用環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂封灌成一體化,所以能在各類(lèi)惡劣環(huán)境下可靠的工作?;魻栭_(kāi)關(guān)可應(yīng)用于接近傳感器、壓力傳感器、里程表等,作為一種新型的電器配件。
線性接近傳感器的原理
工作原理:
線性接近傳感器是一種屬于金屬感應(yīng)的線性器件,接通電源后,在傳感器的感應(yīng)面將產(chǎn)生一個(gè)交變磁場(chǎng),當(dāng)金屬物體接近此感應(yīng)面時(shí),金屬中則產(chǎn)生渦流而吸取了振蕩器的能量,使振蕩器輸出幅度線性衰減,然后根據(jù)衰減量的變化來(lái)完成無(wú)接觸檢測(cè)物體的目的。
該接近傳感器具有無(wú)滑動(dòng)觸點(diǎn),工作時(shí)不受灰塵等非金屬因素的影響,并且低功耗,長(zhǎng)壽命,可使用在各種惡劣條件下。線性傳感器主要應(yīng)用在自動(dòng)化裝備生產(chǎn)線對(duì)模擬量的智能控制。

模擬式光電傳感器是將被測(cè)量轉(zhuǎn)換光電傳感器成連續(xù)變化的光電流,它與被測(cè)量間呈單值關(guān)系。
模擬式光電傳感器按被測(cè)量(檢測(cè)目標(biāo)物體)方法可分為透射(吸收)式,漫反射式,遮光式(光束阻檔)三大類(lèi)。
所謂透射式是指被測(cè)物體放在光路中,恒光源發(fā)出的光能量穿過(guò)被測(cè)物,部份被吸收后,透射光投射到光電元件上;
所謂漫反射式是指恒光源發(fā)出的光投射到被測(cè)物上,再?gòu)谋粶y(cè)物體表面反射后投射到光電元件上;
所謂遮光式是指當(dāng)光源發(fā)出的光通量經(jīng)被測(cè)物光遮其中一部份,使投射剄光電元件上的光通量改變,改變的程度與被測(cè)物體在光路位置有關(guān),
光敏二極管是zui常見(jiàn)的光傳感器。
光敏二極管的外型與一般二極管一樣,只是它的管殼上開(kāi)有一個(gè)嵌著玻璃的窗口,以便于光線射入,為增加受光面積,PN結(jié)的面積做得較大,
光敏二極管工作在反向偏置的工作狀態(tài)下,并與負(fù)載電阻相串聯(lián),
當(dāng)無(wú)光照時(shí),它與普通二極管一樣,反向電流很小(<µA),稱(chēng)為光敏二極管的暗電流;
當(dāng)有光照時(shí),載流子被激發(fā),產(chǎn)生電子-空穴,稱(chēng)為光電 光電傳感器載流子。
在外電場(chǎng)的作用下,光電載流子參于導(dǎo)電,形成比暗電流大得多的反向電流,該反向電流稱(chēng)為光電流。
光電流的大小與光照強(qiáng)度成正比,于是在負(fù)載電阻上就能得到隨光照強(qiáng)度變化而變化的電信號(hào)。
光敏三極管除了具有光敏二極管能將光信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào)的功能外,還有對(duì)電信號(hào)放大的功能。
光敏三級(jí)管的外型與一般三極管相差不大,一般光敏三極管只引出兩個(gè)極——發(fā)射極和集電極,基極不引出,管殼同樣開(kāi)窗口,以便光線射入。為增大光照,基區(qū)面積做得很大,發(fā)射區(qū)較小,入射光主要被基區(qū)吸收。
工作時(shí)集電結(jié)反偏,發(fā)射結(jié)正偏。
在無(wú)光照時(shí)管子流過(guò)的電流為暗電流Iceo=(1+β)Icbo(很?。?,比一般三極管的穿透電流還??;
當(dāng)有光照時(shí),激發(fā)大量的電子-空穴對(duì),使得基極產(chǎn)生的電流Ib增大,此刻流過(guò)管子的電流稱(chēng)為光電流,集電極電流Ic=(1+β)Ib,可見(jiàn)光電三極管要比光電二極管具有更高的靈敏度。
