YTZ型電阻遠傳壓力表簡介
遠傳壓力表適用于測量對鋼及銅合金不起腐蝕作用的流體,氣體和蒸汽的壓力。電阻信號輸出傳至二次儀表上,可以實現現場就地指示壓力以便于現場工藝檢查,還可以實現遠距離集中控制和調節(jié)。
不銹鋼電阻遠傳壓力表的導壓系統(tǒng)及外殼均采用了不銹鋼材料,有較強的耐腐蝕性能,適用于對耐蝕性能有較高要求的場合。
在不銹鋼電阻遠傳壓力表內充灌阻尼液及加裝緩沖裝置,成為不銹鋼耐震電阻遠傳壓力表。適用于工作環(huán)境有較強震動的場合。
Brief Introduction:
The remote transmitting pressure meter is applicable to measure pressure of such liquids, gases or vapors that have no erosive attack on steel or copper alloy. Its resistance signal may be output to the secondary instrument, so as to realize local pressure indicating at field and facilitate field technological testing, even to realize concentrated remote control and adjustment.
The pressure conducting system and its outer housing for stainless steel resistance remote transmitting pressure meter is made of stainless steel, with stronger capacity of corrosion resistance, and applicable to such occasions with higher requirements for capacity of corrosion resistance.
To fill damping liquid and add shock reducer in stainless steel resistance remote transmitting pressure meter, the stainless steel shock resistance resistance remote transmitting pressure meter is constructed, applicable to occasion with stronger vibration in working environment.

結構原理
本儀表由一個彈簧管壓力表(為一次儀表)和一個滑線電阻式發(fā)送器等組成。
一次儀表的作用原理與一般彈簧管壓力表相同。由于電阻發(fā)送器系設置在齒輪傳動機構上,因此當齒輪傳動機構中的扇形齒輪軸產生偏轉時,電阻發(fā)送器的轉臂(電刷)也相應的地偏轉。由于電刷在電阻器上滑行,使得被測壓力值的變化變換為電阻值的變化,傳到二次儀表上指示出與一次儀表相應的壓力值。
Structure and principle:
This instrument comprises of a pressure meter, a slide resistance transmitter, and so on.
The mechanical part of this instrument plays same role with normal pressure meter. Because the resistance transmitter is built in the tooth gear, when deflexion occurs on the axle of the segment gear, the rocking arm (electric brush) of the resistance transmitter deflects accordingly. Due to the slide of electric brush on the resistor, changes of the tested pressure value are transformed into changes of resistance value, which is transmitted to secondary instrument. Corresponding value is displayed accordingly. Meanwhile, primary instrument will also indicate corresponding value.
