PARKER活塞泵又叫電動往復泵,從結構分為單缸和多缸,其特點是揚程較高。適用于輸送常溫無固體顆粒的油乳化液等。用于油田、煤層注水、注油、采油;膛壓機水壓機的動力泵,水力清砂,化肥廠輸送氨液等。若過流部件為不銹鋼時,可輸送腐蝕性液體。另外根據(jù)結構材質(zhì)的不同還可以輸送高溫焦油、礦泥、高濃度灰漿、高粘度液體等。 PARKER活塞泵原理圖
美國parker活塞泵PV046R1K8T1VMMC現(xiàn)貨活塞泵PARKER活塞泵靠活塞往復運動,使得泵腔工作容積周期變化,實現(xiàn)吸入和排出液體。由泵缸、活塞、進出水閥門、進出水管、連桿和傳動裝置組成??縿恿踊钊诒酶變?nèi)作往復運動。當活塞向上運動時,進水閥開啟,水進入泵缸,同時活塞上的水閥關閉,活塞上部的水隨活塞向上提升;當活塞向下運動時,進水閥關閉,活塞上的閥門開啟,同時使泵缸下腔的水壓人上腔,并升入出水管,如此反復進水和提升,使水不斷從出水管排出。 PARKER活塞泵分為單、雙作用式;單、雙、多缸式;臥、立、斜式;機動、手動、腳踏、畜力式。PARKER活塞泵的流量Q=0.71~6000米3/小時,排出壓力P2≤39.2兆帕,大多數(shù)情況下P2≤24.5兆帕,PARKER活塞泵的流量是由泵缸直徑、活塞行程及活塞每分鐘的往復次數(shù)確定的;揚程取決于裝置管路特性,同一臺PARKER活塞泵流量不變,而揚程可隨著裝置管路特性變化。即揚程提高,而流量不變,只在高壓區(qū),流量稍有減少。PARKER活塞泵適用于高壓、小流量的場合,特別是流量小于100米3/小時,排出壓力大于9.8兆帕時,更顯示出它較高的效率和良好的運行性能。它吸入性能好,能抽吸各種不同介質(zhì)、不同粘度的液體。因此,在石油化學工業(yè)、機械制造工業(yè)、造紙、食品加工、醫(yī)藥生產(chǎn)等方面應用很廣。低中速PARKER活塞泵速度低,可用人力操作和畜力拖動,適用于農(nóng)村給水和小型灌溉。
