Astec ChiralDEX含TA、DM、DP、DA、PN、BP、PH、PM等固定相。Astec CHIRLDEX G-TA，G-DP，B-DM及Supelco β-Dex 110或120組合能完成絕大多數(shù)手性物質(zhì)的氣相色譜分離。
Supelco α-DEX 120 氣相色譜手性柱包含嵌入中極性固定相的全甲基化 α-環(huán)糊精，對(duì)小分子對(duì)映異構(gòu)體的分離具有*的選擇性。還建議用于分離位置異構(gòu)體（酚、二甲苯等）。

α-DEX™ 120 was used in a GC column, in an experiment conducted to study the addition of catalytic enantioselective diethylzinc to a-substituted aldehyde, in presence of enantiopure ligand。It was also used to pack chiral column durin GC analysis, in an experiment to investigate lipase-mediated desymmetrization of glycerol with aliphatic and aromatic anhydrides。
