目前西門子S7-300/400系列的PLC的通訊方式開始大量使用工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)通訊，MP277/377、xP177B系列觸摸屏也集成了以太網(wǎng)接口，這帶來一個(gè)好處，所有的接口都統(tǒng)一，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊時(shí)采用都以太網(wǎng)接口，所有的設(shè)備組成一個(gè)局域網(wǎng)，包括上位監(jiān)控計(jì)算機(jī)、編程設(shè)備、PLC、觸摸屏都能很方便地互相訪問，需要擴(kuò)展多一個(gè)設(shè)備也很方便，只需要加一個(gè)交換機(jī)就能擴(kuò)展出多個(gè)接口。因?yàn)橛羞@些好處，所以采用以太網(wǎng)通訊越來越流行，下面說一說以太網(wǎng)通訊的其中一個(gè)應(yīng)用，PLC與PLC之間通過以太網(wǎng)互連。

• 電流極性錯(cuò)誤時(shí)，對(duì)模塊和模塊連接導(dǎo)線進(jìn)行保護(hù)
• 出現(xiàn)故障電流時(shí)，安全地?cái)嚅_，以減小直流電弧所至的火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)
• 熔斷器座/熔斷器底座被打開后進(jìn)行安全隔離

• MMC卡是一種FEPROM卡，用于新型的S7-300 CPU，包括緊湊型CPU和由標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型更新的新型CPU。新型CPU均沒有內(nèi)置的裝載存儲(chǔ)器，必須使用MMC卡作為其裝載存儲(chǔ)器保存用戶數(shù)據(jù)。CPU掉電時(shí)，會(huì)自動(dòng)將工作存儲(chǔ)器中的數(shù)據(jù)拷貝到MMC中,保存DB塊數(shù)據(jù)。如圖8-1所示：

  MMC卡需要用戶根據(jù)程序大小單獨(dú)訂貨，選型時(shí)建議大于CPU工作內(nèi)存，CPU313，CPU314,CPU315-2DP,CPU317-2DP 系列CPU的可插拔MMC卡zui大支持8 MB ，其他zui高支持4 MB

It is guaranteed that the DC Packages can be reliably used due to the fact that the components are also used in the tested and well-proven SINAMICS DC MASTER Cabinet units. Note: The customer has the overall system responsibility when using DC Packages regarding the geometrical arrangement and cooling to be selected. • DC Packages facilitate simple ordering; all of the accessory components, which are harmonized and coordinated with one another, are supplied as package.
• The device options listed in section "DC Converter and Control Module" are also available for DC Packages.
• The effects of certain device options (e.g. option L85) on accessory components are already taken into account in the factory.
• The components of DC Packages are optimally adapted to the SINAMICS DC MASTER DC Converter series.
• The various components (packages) have been taken from the range of accessories for SINAMICS DC MASTER Cabinet and are therefore tested and proven.
• All of the components have an IP00 degree of protection for installation in a control cabinet.

• The article number of the DC Packages only differs from that of the DC Converter in the third block: DC Converter: 6RA80nn-naann-0AA0 DC Package: 6RA80nn-naann-0AP0 All options that can be selected when configuring the DC Converter are also available for DC Packages; with just a few exceptions, they only affect the DC Converters that are included. As a consequence, with options Q80 to Q85 the warranty period is extended only for the DC Converter. The following options also affect the accessory components in the DC Package:

• Option L10 (without field power section):
  When selecting option L10, accessory parts – field contactor (including varistor), commutation reactor for the field and fuses for the field (including holder) – are not included in the DC Package.
• Option L85 (85 A field power section):
  When selecting option L85, the accessory components relevant for the field are dimensioned for 85 A.

• The accessory components included in the DC Package were selected under the following criteria:

• Harmonized and coordinated with one another
• Dimensioned for the rated converter current
• Designed for 50 Hz operation
• Selected based on the parts lists of the SINAMICS DC MASTER Cabinet
