Gelatin Flora Buffer (GVB) and Vernal Buffered Saline (VBS) are essential buffers for complement research, while Flora Buffered Saline (VBS) lacks gelatin components compared to Gelatin Flora Buffer (GVB).

Ingredients: 0.1% gelatin, 5mM Vernal, 145mM NaCl, 0.025% NaN3, pH7.3 Containing 0.15mM calcium chloride and 0.5mM magnesium chloride

The application should use GVB++to prepare antibody sensitized sheep red blood cells (EA) and clean them before use for testing; GVB++can be used to dilute all components of complement classical pathway and lectin pathway experiments.

Concept:

During the dissolution process, two types of changes occur: one is the diffusion of solute molecules (or ions) into water under the action of water molecules, which absorbs heat; the other is the interaction of solute molecules (or ions) with water molecules to generate water and molecules (or water and ions), which release heat.

There are two changes during the dissolution process of substances:

Diffusion process: The diffusion of solute molecules (or ions) into water is a physical process that absorbs heat

Hydration process: the molecules (or ions) of solute interact with water molecules to generate hydrated molecules (or hydrated ions), which is a chemical process and emits heat

Temperature changes during dissolution process:

a. The heat absorbed during the diffusion process is greater than the heat released during the hydration process, resulting in a decrease in solution temperature, such as NH4NO3 dissolved in water.

b. The heat absorbed during the diffusion process is less than the thermal vibration released during the hydration process, and the solution temperature increases, such as NaOH or concentrated sulfuric acid dissolved in water.

c. The heat absorbed during the diffusion process ≈ the heat released during the hydration process, and the solution temperature remains almost constant, such as NaOl dissolved in water.

Common frozen mixtures:

Ice is commonly used as a coolant in production and daily life, but it can only provide a low temperature of around 0 ℃. Some medical and research institutions often require strict and low temperatures to provide convenient access to low temperatures

應(yīng)用 應(yīng)使用GVB++制備抗體致敏羊紅細胞(EA),并在用于測定前對其進行清洗;GVB++可用于稀釋補體經(jīng)典途徑和凝集素途徑試驗的所有成分。

 

概念:

在溶解過程中發(fā)生了兩種變化,一種是溶質(zhì)的分子(或離子)在水分子的作用下向水中擴散,這一過程吸收熱量:另一種是擴散的溶質(zhì)的分子(或離子)和水分子作用,生成水和分子(或水和離子),這一過程放出熱量。

 

物質(zhì)溶解過程中的兩種變化:

擴散過程:溶質(zhì)的分子(或離子)向水中擴散,是物理過程,吸收熱量

水合過程:溶質(zhì)的分子(或離子)和水分子作用,生成水合分子(或水合離子),是化學(xué)過程,放出熱量

 

溶解過程中的溫度變化:

a. 擴散過程中吸收的熱量>水合過程中放出的熱量,溶液溫度降低,如:NH4NO3溶解于水。

b. 擴散過程中吸收的熱量<水合過程中放出的熱振,溶液溫度升高,如:NaOH、濃硫酸溶解于水。

c. 擴散過程中吸收的熱量≈水合過程中放出的熱量,溶液溫度幾乎不變,如:NaOl溶解于水。
