產(chǎn)品活性：Trimetazidine dihydrochloride 是一種選擇性的長鏈 3-ketoyl coenzyme A thiolase 抑制劑，IC50 值為 75 nM，可抑制游離脂肪酸的 β-氧化。Trimetazidine dihydrochloride 是一種有效的抗心絞痛藥和一種細(xì)胞保護(hù)藥，具有抗氧化，抗炎，抗傷害和胃保護(hù)作用。Trimetazidine dihydrochloride 誘導(dǎo)自噬，還是一種 HADHA 抑制劑。
