產(chǎn)品活性：Thermolysin, Bacillus thermoproteolyticus rokko (EC 3.4.24.27) (TML) 是由革蘭氏陽性菌 Bacillus thermoproteolyticus 分泌的耐熱的中性金屬蛋白酶。Thermolysin 可催化含有疏水殘基的肽鍵水解。最佳 pH：8 0，在 pH 5.0- 9 5 范圍內(nèi)穩(wěn)定最佳溫度：70 °C
體外：Thermolysin (1 mL 中 100 μg，64°C，4 小時(shí)，在分離的淀粉顆粒中) 消化可選擇性去除一組 10 至 27 kD 之間的低分子量蛋白質(zhì)[2].Thermolysin 可用于水解牛肝肌漿蛋白[3]。 MCE尚未獨(dú)立證實(shí)這些方法的準(zhǔn)確性。僅供參考。
體內(nèi)：Thermolysin（50 mg/kg，口服，一次）可降低 SHR 大鼠的收縮壓[4]。Thermolysin 不具有急性毒性，大鼠經(jīng)口 LD50 超過 18000 mg/kg，小鼠經(jīng)口 LD50 超過 24000 mg/kg（急性毒性研究）[5]。 MCE尚未獨(dú)立證實(shí)這些方法的準(zhǔn)確性。僅供參考。
