Mahr, with many years of experience in design and production of probe systems, naturally offers different probe arm variants for the MarSurf LD 120 just like forall the other surface and contour measuring systems. The standard probe arms have been optimized for stiffness by means of FEM simulations. They are available with diamond tips for roughness measurements but also with the usual probe balls and probe edges for special contour applications. Special solutions ac-cording to customer's needs are also possible.
