BTI Lipoproteins/Proteins

BTI的脂蛋白是來(lái)自人血漿庫(kù)的新鮮血液中分離出來(lái)的。每個(gè)產(chǎn)品的制備都通過(guò)離心和瓊脂糖凝膠電泳分析。大多脂蛋白被 [I¹²⁵]或DiI標(biāo)記，用于細(xì)胞受體/脂蛋白代謝研究中脂蛋白評(píng)價(jià)。熒光標(biāo)記的DII- AC- LDL和DII- LDL方便標(biāo)記（一步法）細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)用于受體活性部位的鑒定，分離和定量分析。大多數(shù)BTI的脂蛋白是經(jīng)過(guò)膜過(guò)濾和無(wú)菌灌裝。一些脂蛋白通過(guò)了內(nèi)毒素測(cè)試。
