YNB培養(yǎng)基的滅菌方法是用濾器除菌,不能用高壓滅菌。凡是具有生物活性的物質(zhì),要保持生物活性一般都不能用高壓滅菌。生物素及組氨酸溶液也只能用濾器除菌。
