產(chǎn)品描述
Ascomycin,又稱為FK 520,是從S. hygroscopicus ascomyceticus中純化的FK506的天然衍生物,是鈣離子依賴的絲氨酸/蘇氨酸蛋白磷酸酶(CaN,PP2B)的抑制劑(IC50 =49 nM)。Ascomycin具有抗驚厥活性,可以抑制星形膠質(zhì)細胞中的信號通路,并改變細胞因子類型和神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)蛋白基因表達[1]。Ascomycin抑制Th1型細胞因子IL-2和IFN-γ,以及Th2型細胞因子IL-4和IL-5,其IC50值分別為1.1 nM,1.2 nM,1.1 nM和1.5 nM[2]。Ascomycin強效抑制寄生蟲的生長,而且該抑制作用于其免疫作用無關(guān)[3]。Ascomycin是一種新型抗炎癥大環(huán)內(nèi)酰胺類藥物,目前已用于治療皮膚病和自體免疫疾病,并可以減輕器官移植后產(chǎn)生的排斥反應(yīng)。
