IL6-promoter-Luc熒光素酶報告基因(報告基因質(zhì)粒)(IL6-Promoter luciferase reporter plasmid)是翊圣生物自主研發(fā)的用于檢測human IL6-Promoter激活水平為目的的報告基因。IL6(Interleukin 6)白細(xì)胞介素-6,簡稱白介素6,是一種重要的細(xì)胞炎性細(xì)胞因子,在炎性疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展中起了重要的作用,常作為炎性反應(yīng)的重要指標(biāo)。
IL6-Promoter報告基因主要應(yīng)用于Jak/Stat信號通路的研究等和human IL6-Promoter激活水平的檢測等。
pGMIL6-Promoter-Lu是翊圣生物改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體,在其多克隆位點插入了human IL6啟動子,可以高靈敏度地檢測human IL6-Promoter的激活水平。同時,對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?,增加了質(zhì)粒對轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合的特異性。另外,由于質(zhì)粒體積減小,使得IL6-Promoter報告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。

使用說明
pGMIL6-promoter-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
