◆產(chǎn)品概況
葡聚糖硫酸鈉,是一種由葡萄糖聚合,經(jīng)硫酸化后所得的化合物。本產(chǎn)品的平均分子量約為5000(分子量范圍:1000-9000),是聚陰離子物質(zhì)。在細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)中,本品可通過改變細(xì)胞表面的電荷,來促使單個(gè)細(xì)胞懸浮,防止細(xì)胞結(jié)團(tuán)。在動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)中,已有多篇文獻(xiàn)驗(yàn)證,可用于小鼠等動(dòng)物結(jié)腸炎模型的誘導(dǎo)。
