e+h質(zhì)量流量計(jì)用于測量液體和氣體的質(zhì)量流量,同時(shí)也可測量流體密度和溫度。所測得的參數(shù)值可用于計(jì)算其他變量,如體積流量、不同特性的各種流體均可被測量,例如:巧克力、煉乳、液態(tài)糖油、脂肪、酸、堿、油漆、涂料、溶劑和清潔劑、藥品、催化劑、阻化劑、懸浮液、氣體、液化氣等。e+h質(zhì)量流量計(jì)安裝時(shí)還需要注意安裝不需要特殊的固定支架,儀表的容器型結(jié)構(gòu)能克服外力的影響,如第二容室結(jié)構(gòu)·測量管振動(dòng)頻率高,確保測量不受管道振動(dòng)的影響。
只要不產(chǎn)生氣蝕現(xiàn)象,測量不受閥門、彎通、三通等管件的影響。
為保護(hù)管道,建議當(dāng)傳感器過重時(shí),采取適當(dāng)?shù)闹Ъ苤巍?br>測量管內(nèi)夾帶氣泡時(shí),會(huì)產(chǎn)生測量誤差,應(yīng)避免以下安裝位置:
流量計(jì)安裝在管道的zui高點(diǎn),會(huì)造成空氣積聚·流量計(jì)直接安裝在向下的放空管道出口處。
應(yīng)確保不產(chǎn)生氣蝕現(xiàn)象,因?yàn)闅馕g現(xiàn)象會(huì)影響測量管的振動(dòng)。正常條件下測量與水特性相似的流體時(shí)不需要采取特殊措施。
液體沸點(diǎn)低(碳?xì)浠衔?、溶劑、液化氣)或者在吸入式管道上時(shí),系統(tǒng)應(yīng)有足夠高的壓力。確保壓力不低于蒸汽壓,即液體不會(huì)沸騰。確保液體不產(chǎn)生氣化。
因此,傳感器的*安裝位置為:泵的下游(避免真空)垂直管道的zui低點(diǎn)處
安裝方向:垂直安裝, 建議使流體流向朝上,可使夾帶的固體顆粒下沉,氣體經(jīng)測量管上升。
測量管內(nèi)流體可全部排空而避免固體沉積。
水平安裝:正確的安裝是變送器的外殼豎直向上或向下 ,使測量管(單管系統(tǒng))內(nèi)無氣體和固體雜質(zhì)積聚。
請(qǐng)勿將傳感器懸空安裝在管道上,要用支架固定。以免過程連接處承受過度的拉力。傳感器安裝底板用于在平板、靠墻或者立柱安裝。
