人肺泡是由大肺泡細(xì)胞（II型/AT II）、小肺泡細(xì)胞（I型/AT I）和肺巨噬細(xì)胞等組成的。成人約有3～4億個(gè)肺泡，其是肺的功能單位，也是肺部氣體交換的主要部位?？笻T2-280小鼠IgM單克隆抗體特異性識(shí)別人肺泡II型細(xì)胞。它不會(huì)與人肺中的其他細(xì)胞類型發(fā)生交叉反應(yīng)。
Anti HT2-280 Mouse IgM monoclonal antibody specific to human lung alveolar type 2 cells. It does not cross react with other cell types in the human lung. One ml of concentrated hybridoma supernatant is shipped. A 1:150 dilution provides a 'robust signal' after two freeze thaw cycles when used for IHC.
