本實(shí)用新型公開了一種磁角度編碼器中提高增量編碼ABZ輸出精度的電路,本實(shí)用新型包括A/D轉(zhuǎn)換單元,相位檢測器,超前相位預(yù)估單元,A/B信號沿跳變估計(jì)單元和高頻數(shù)字時(shí)鐘單元,A/D轉(zhuǎn)換單元輸入端接入磁鐵轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)的模擬磁場強(qiáng)度信號,輸出端連接相位檢測器,相位檢測器連接超前相位預(yù)估單元和A/B信號沿跳變估計(jì)單元,超前相位預(yù)估單元連接A/B信號沿跳變估計(jì)單元,A/B信號沿跳變估計(jì)單元輸出端輸出A/B信號;該電路在常規(guī)磁角度編碼器增量A/B信號輸出原理上,結(jié)合超前相位預(yù)估和A/B信號沿跳變門限判斷,進(jìn)一步提升A/B信號的精度,減小磁鐵高速運(yùn)動(dòng)中帶來的A/B信號抖動(dòng),在磁鐵變速運(yùn)動(dòng)中也有較好的性能表現(xiàn).
