rexroth力士樂蓄能器是液壓氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中的一種能量?jī)?chǔ)蓄裝置。它在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)機(jī)將系統(tǒng)中的能量轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閴嚎s能或位能儲(chǔ)存起來,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)需要時(shí),又將壓縮能或位能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐簤夯驓鈮旱饶芏尫懦鰜?,重新補(bǔ)供給系統(tǒng)。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)瞬間壓力增大時(shí),它可以吸收這部分的能量,以保證整個(gè)系統(tǒng)壓力正常。
rexroth力士樂液壓油是不可壓縮液體,因此利用液壓油是無法蓄積壓力能的,必須依靠其他介質(zhì)來轉(zhuǎn)換、蓄積壓力能。例如,利用氣體(氮?dú)猓┑目蓧嚎s性質(zhì)研制的皮囊式充氣蓄能器就是一種蓄積液壓油的裝置。皮囊式蓄能器由油液部分和帶有氣密封件的氣體部分組成,位于皮囊周圍的油液與油液回路接通。當(dāng)壓力升高時(shí)油液進(jìn)入蓄能器,氣體被壓縮,系統(tǒng)管路壓力不再上升;當(dāng)管路壓力下降時(shí)壓縮空氣膨脹,將油液壓入回路,從而減緩管路壓力的下降。
蓄能器的使用維修主要包括蓄能器的安裝維護(hù)、故障診斷與排除及修理等。
蓄能器的安裝包括安裝前的檢查、安裝、充氮等。正確的安裝固定與充氣,是蓄能器正常運(yùn)行、發(fā)揮應(yīng)有作用的重要條件。參數(shù)的測(cè)量與各類工具儀表的正確使用不可忽略。
蓄能器在使用過程中,需防振、防高溫、防污染、防泄漏,要定期對(duì)氣囊進(jìn)行氣密性檢查及其他方面的檢查。因此,日常檢查與維護(hù)保養(yǎng)不可少。日常檢查即用目視、聽覺和手摸及儀表等簡(jiǎn)單的方法進(jìn)行外觀及狀態(tài)的檢查,檢查時(shí)既要檢查局部也要注意設(shè)備整體。在檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的異常情況,對(duì)妨礙蓄能器繼續(xù)工作的應(yīng)作應(yīng)急處理;對(duì)其他的則應(yīng)仔細(xì)雨觀察并記錄,到定期維護(hù)時(shí)予以解決。一些損壞的零部件也需要及時(shí)更換。主動(dòng)維護(hù)是繼故障維修、預(yù)防維修、狀態(tài)維修后,上近幾年來提出的一種新的設(shè)備管理理論。它的定義是:對(duì)導(dǎo)致設(shè)備損壞的根源性參數(shù)進(jìn)行修復(fù),從而有效地防止失效的發(fā)生,延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備的使用壽命。主動(dòng)維護(hù)是在設(shè)備磨損之前針對(duì)其根源問題采取的措施,有效地控制磨損及失效的發(fā)生,從而大幅度地延長(zhǎng)修理周期。主動(dòng)維護(hù)不但為液壓設(shè)備與元件可造運(yùn)行提供保障,同時(shí)可大幅度降低維修成本。
